Operations Manager

Wendy Keeler, Health and Wellness Advocate and Personal Trainer, has been an active member of the St. Croix recovery and wellness communities since 2006. With earlier experience in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area dating back to 2000, she has led community outreach efforts in recovery services and physical and mental health. Wendy has developed and expanded local programs to include senior, youth, and family wellness initiatives, along with community health events that promote healthier lifestyles for people of all ages and abilities. Her passion is empowering individuals to use lifestyle practices and wellness tools to support mental health, addiction recovery, and lasting well-being. Beyond her professional work, Wendy is an actor and board member of the Caribbean Community Theatre, a regular participant with the St. Croix Firewalkers, and an advocate for healthy eating, movement, and balanced living.
