Chef Ken Biggs, a Maine native, began his culinary journey in a country club kitchen and went on to train across every station before launching a career that has spanned more than 30 years. He has cooked in renowned restaurants across Cape Cod, Nantucket, New York, and Colorado, before making St. Croix his home in 2010. Recognized in Best Chefs of America (2012) and a winner at the Taste of St. Croix (2012), Chef Biggs is celebrated for his artful use of spices and locally sourced ingredients to craft flavorful, health-conscious dishes. Beyond the kitchen, he is an outdoor enthusiast, a PADI-certified staff instructor, and holds a USCG 50-ton master captain’s license.
