Individualized Plans
Everyone who visits our luxury rehab center in the Virgin Islands receives dedicated, personalized treatment for their alcohol addiction. Each person’s individualized plan starts with compassionate evaluations conducted by our interdisciplinary team that takes a thorough look at their clinical, medical, wellness, nutrition and neuropsychological needs.

Continuum of Care
Eventually you’ll leave the island, but that doesn’t mean the island will leave you. Our programs are built to make sure that everything you learn here stays with you as you return to your old life with your new sense of self. Continuum of care plans are developed for each resident before they head home to make sure they have everything needed to stay well in the long term.
What to Expect
Honesty is something that will serve you well throughout your experience with us, so we’ll start by being honest with you: detoxing from alcohol isn’t easy. Your body has become used to things that weren’t good for it so even though it benefits from letting those things go, the process — both mentally and physically — doesn’t feel great.

At our treatment center, you’ll enter a structured, luxury environment where you can safely withdraw from alcohol under medical supervision. We start with the initial detox phase, which often occurs with the help of medications administered by our dedicated nursing team to ease any physical discomfort.
After detox, you'll enter a rehab phase that includes therapy, counseling and educational sessions designed to address the underlying reasons for alcohol use. The goal is to build healthier coping strategies and reconnect with your sense of self through activities that spark contentment, comfort and joy.
